FAQ

Common questions

Can’t find your answer? Ask our team and we will guide you one‑on‑one.

What's the difference between certified translation and notarization?

Certified translation is a translation completed by a qualified linguist with a signed accuracy statement. Notarization is an additional step where a Notary Public attests to the translator’s declaration or your affidavit, which some schools, embassies, and courts require.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days for up to 10 pages. Express (24–48h) is available for an added fee. Very complex documents, handwriting, or specialty terminology may need extra time.

Will foreign schools/embassies accept it?

Yes, your order includes a signed translator’s certificate (and optional notarization). For destinations that require legalization or apostille, we can handle those add-ons, too.

Do I need to submit originals?

Clear scans are usually sufficient for translation. For notarization/legalization steps, physical originals or certified true copies may be necessary depending on the institution.

Which languages do you support?

Common pairs include English↔French, English↔Spanish, English↔German, and English↔Arabic, plus African languages (Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa) on request. Ask if your pair isn’t listed—odds are we can help.
